Reqmark Waitlist Privacy Notice [v0.4, 2026-10-21]

Who we are: [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Vynix Haven"), [ADDRESS]. Questions or requests: [privacy@reqmark.com — placeholder].

What we collect

Why we use it: to email you about Reqmark's launch and product updates, and to understand which campaigns bring people to the waitlist. Right now we only store your signup and send no email. When we start sending, we'll first email you once to ask you to confirm. We won't send any updates unless you confirm. If you don't confirm within [30] days of that request, we delete your address. We keep a minimal suppression record after you unsubscribe so we don't email you again.

Who this is for: Reqmark is launching in the United States only. We do not target or market to people in the EU, UK or Canada. Your consent: we will email you updates only because you ticked the box and, later, confirmed your email. You can withdraw consent anytime by unsubscribing.

No selling, no sharing, no ad tracking. We do not sell or "share" your personal information (as those terms are used in the CCPA). We don't use it for targeted advertising or ad tracking.

Service providers: we store the list in our own database. We don't send email yet. When we start, we'll use an email-sending provider [to be added when sending starts], which will process your email address for us under contract, and we'll update this notice. We use no third-party analytics or ad pixels.

How long we keep it: unconfirmed signups are deleted [30] days after our confirmation request if not confirmed. Confirmed signups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or [24] months after launch if you haven't engaged with our emails. You can ask us to delete your signup at any time, even before we send anything.

Unsubscribing: once we send email, every email will have an unsubscribe link. We honor requests within 10 business days. (The federal CAN-SPAM Act, 15 U.S.C. §7701 et seq., and 16 CFR Part 316, set that 10-day maximum.)

Your rights

Analytics (cookie/local storage and beacon). Our site uses a small first-party analytics feature that we run ourselves. No third-party tool is involved. It stores a random ID (`anon_id`) in your browser [cookie / localStorage — Engineering], and a same-origin beacon records page views (page path, campaign link details, referring domain, time). We use this only for aggregate counts (how many visits, which pages and campaigns work). We never link this ID to your email address or to any contact record. There's no fingerprinting, no ads and no sharing. The ID expires after [13 months] and is not renewed automatically. Event data is kept for [25 months] at most. Your choice: [Turn off analytics] (link in the site footer) removes the ID and stops the beacon.

Children: the waitlist is not for anyone under 16. Do not sign up if you are under 16.

Where data is kept: we are based in the US, and your data is stored and processed in the US.

Changes: we will post updates here with a new version date.
