1. Free, no obligation. Joining the Reqmark waitlist is free. You don't have to buy anything, and you can leave any time with the unsubscribe link in any email. We don't send any email yet. When we start, we'll first ask you once to confirm your email. If you don't confirm within [30] days, we'll delete your signup. After you confirm, we'll email you about the launch and product updates. 2. No guarantees. We may never launch Reqmark. We make no promise about launch timing, features or pricing. Our current plan is US$49/month, but that may change. 3. Not an offer. Information we share before launch (on the site or by email) describes plans only. It is not an offer to sell, and joining does not create a contract to provide Reqmark. Use of Reqmark, including the free trial, will be governed by separate Terms of Service, which you accept when you start a trial. 4. We may close the list or stop sending updates at any time. 5. Your data. See the Waitlist Privacy Notice. 6. US only. The waitlist is for people in the United States. We do not target the EU, UK or Canada at this time. 7. Governing law.
